Taking it to the next level

Wow, it’s been a long time since I blogged, I’m really looking forward to it. First off I have to thank all of you who have supported me in my weight loss and encouraged me to keep going even after I gained the weight back. I weighed in today at 201 lbs, which means I have lost a total of 33 lbs. My weight loss is going in the right direction and I want to keep it that way.

It has been a long time goal of mine to run the 26 mile LA marathon, some of my family members have completed it and I have to say I am inspired. I’m hoping in March of 2012 to run the marathon which means I start training NOW. I will be going through a phone app (which I will talk about in my next video) and training with a friend. My first goal is to do a diabetes walk/run in a few months. I will be blogging and putting up youtube videos with my progress.

    Thanks so much for the wake-up call.I've created a blog for myself to keep track of my weight loss. I must say that Im not daring for a video post, but I have to thank u over n over again cos' U inspired me a lot and not even my close ones or my family.
