Each time I finish a run/walk I feel like I can accomplish anything :-) I have so much energy throughout the day. I like this nine week program (getrunning) because it's at your own pace and you are the one who determines how fast you will walk and how fast you will run. My next walk/ run will be on Thursday 01/27, I'm looking forward to it. In addition, I am also doing an abs workout once a week. I walk /run 3 times a week, which works out perfectly with my hectic schedule.
