The second week

Each time I finish a run/walk I feel like I can accomplish anything :-) I have so much energy throughout the day. I like this nine week program (getrunning) because it's at your own pace and you are the one who determines how fast you will walk and how fast you will run. My next walk/ run will be on Thursday 01/27, I'm looking forward to it. In addition, I am also doing an abs workout once a week. I walk /run 3 times a week, which works out perfectly with my hectic schedule.



  1. Could you tell more about your abs workout in a next post or video plz ?

    It's been 2 weeks now that I'm working out again, 3 times a week, like you & I'm so proud I didn't give up :) It's true that it feels good when you're done with it!

  2. I just started working out.. doing the Denise Austin 30 day Shred Im only on day2 but it feels really good and intense. She mixes a lot of cardio and weights together.. I too would like to do a marathon maybe next year.. This years goal is to do a 5K.. I pray that everything works out for the both of us for the better!
